2019 – Single Bottle
An elegant Sauvignon with concentrated fruit purity, this wine has a superbly complex nose featuring floral notes followed by blackcurrant, passion fruit, lime and grapefruit interspersed with subtle notes of fynbos. The palate is generous with broad layers of flavour. A vibrant acidity lends balance, while the finish is long and savoury. Impressive structure and intensity with the excellent ageing potential of a cool climate Sauvignon Blanc. Partly wooded.
